OK I got confuse with the two system you offer. What’s the difference between HARDWARE SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM and DIRECT SMS BROADCAST ?
Very easy. Just ask yourself first what is your needs before we tell you the difference. Let me ask you. How many SMS you send per time / month? Is speed critical for you? Do you need branding (change sender ID)?
There are 4 major difference from both system :
Speed :
Now, the major difference between HARDWARE SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM and DIRECT SMS BROADCAST is speed. SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM utilizing SIM CARD for sending and receiving. The speed of sending is slower. In 1 hour it can send maximum 600-700 SMS. So if you are not time critical, it’s suitable for you.
While DIRECT SMS BROADCAST send the SMS direct to TELCO’s Server via internet. In 1 hour it can send up to 30,000 SMS (depends on traffic). If you are time critical, and you need to send a lot, you must use this.
Branding (Change Sender ID): HARDWARE SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM unable to change the sender ID, means recipient will see the 8 digit SIM CARD number of yours.
DIRECT SMS BROADCAST able to change whatever name for your branding. 11 characters alphanumeric.
Cost : HARDWARE SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM cost per SMS can be as low is 1.4 cents, there are many different plans available for you to chose, depends on your SIM CARD. You top up yourself and settle your own bills with telco, because you using SIM CARD like your mobile phone. Can be prepaid or postpaid.
DIRECT SMS BROADCAST cost per SMS higher. But not scary from us. Other companies charge as high as 6 to 10 cents per SMS for such premium SMS. But we charge as low as 4.9 – 3.9 cents depends on number of SMS purchased from you.
Features : HARDWARE SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM software have richer features compared with the other. It has SCHEDULING, 3 AUTO REPLY, AUTO BIRTHDAY etc….

Ok I m interested at your system, how to start?
Simply call us, then we can arrange demo. If you OK, we will then setup everything for you. First we will install the Desktop Software into your PC, then we will train you how to use. The number of SMS you can use already set inside the software and will deducted everytime you send.
So we purchase the SMS from you right?
Yes, for Direct SMS Broadcast, the SMS purchased from us. For example first time setup you top up 10,000 SMS, and you used up within a month. Simply call us and ask us to top up another batch. And we will bill you. That’s easy.
So everyrtime I top up let’s say 10,000 SMS, how long it can last?
1 Year. We do not force you to finish within a week or month. We let you use for 1 full year. Unused SMS after a year will be forfeited. But we do consider case-to-case basis to carry forward.
How much is the setup fee?
As low as S$120 for the software, installation, training, etc…. The SMS top up is as low as 4.9-3.9 cents, so that’s works out to be just S$490 for 10,000 SMS. The more you purchase/top-up the cheaper it is.
Do you accept Credit Card or Online Payment when we want to top up?
NOP. We don’t want to incur more cost, so we can charge you very low. We concentrate at Singapore companies, not world wide. So we bill you when you top up. Payment by cheque or cash or Bank TT.
How many characters of the SENDER ID I can put?
11. Alphanumeric. You can change your sender ID everytime you send. No fix. No limit. But don’t misuse it.
What if I want to change the Sender ID to phone number?
YES. You can also do that, but don’t misuse it.
Can I send to overseas number?
YES. But rates might be different depends of countries and telcos.
You always mentioned SMSC what is that?
Our software send your jobs DIRECT to SMSC. Stand for Short Message Service Centre. Is a Telco’s Server that specially setup to distribute SMS to other telco such as Singtel, M1, and Starhub.
Does it requires Internet Connection to send?

Anykind. Even if you take out your Sim Card from your handphone and insert into the Hardware, you can start to broadcast. Our system works with all GSM band Sim Card, that’s means all Singtel, Starhub, M1 ‘s Sim card can be used. Either Postpaid or Prepaid Plan, all can be used. Even student plan…

Whoaaa… I heard there is a LAW saying that if I m going to broadcast to thousands of people, I need to have AUTO UNSUBSCRIBE system. Does your system have that?
YES!! ABSOLUTELY. You can set whatever unsubscribe code such as <UN>, and once someone SMS in <UN> to the system, his/her number will be deleted AUTOMATICALLY from your address book.
I got 10,000 contacts, you don’t expect me to key in one by one into your system database right?
Of course not! You can easily COPY AND PASTE your contact using excel in one time go. We will train you during the training, don’t you worry….
I m busy people, I got no time to do IMPORT or manual key in the database. Can I just simply copy and the entire number I want to send from EXCEL and paste into your software to send out the SMS?
YAP!!! If you lazy type, just simply copy the entire Mobile Number and paste into one of the box when you create a SMS job. System is smart enough to send all instant number !
My database have lots of duplications of mobile number. When I do import, does all duplicates numbers still appears?
NOP!! Our system is smart enough to filter out all number duplications. System will atomically takes only 1 number.
Do I have to ON my computer 24 hours?
Not need at all. Only ON when you need to broadcast or receive.
I want to send more than 160 characters, is it possible using your system?
Of course!! Our system we don’t limit how many characters you want to send. But of course you know that if you send more than 160 characters (70 for Chinese) it will be double cost, double charge. So make sure send within 160 characters ok !!!
If I send more than 160 characters, the Telco will charge me 2 SMS or more. But will my clients receive as 1 SMS or 2 ?
Now all handphone will displays long SMS as 1. Only those very old handphone will separate the SMS according to 160 characters.
I want to send Chinese SMS to my Chinese community clients/members, can your system send Simplified & Traditional Chinese ?

How about Japanese? Korean? Thai? Arab?
YUP, ALL CAN. But make sure the recipient headphone have foreign language capabilities, otherwise they can’t read them. Chinese & Japanese is the most common language all handphone can read now.
