Each time the recipient click at the email to view the content in Outlook, it will notify server.

Example below, actual recipient sent is just 8, but viewed (re-viewed) 12 times. Means 1 recipient went to view more than once in separate timing. Or he/she forwarded to other people that open it again.




FAQ

How it works really?
Once you sign up with us, we will provide you a website link to access the system. You will then login into the system and manage the entire process from the website. It’s like you login into your Facebook and manage the contents. As simple as that.

This software is installed on our web server, and we setup different system for different user, no sharing of same system.

You mentioned no need to pay for the emailed sent, how can that happened?
The principle is very simple. You use our software to send out, but the transmission is not through our server, but your own email account server. So we need not charge you anything.

Example, your website is www.yours.com and your email is This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , that’s is your email server. That’s what you need. So we configure our software to send and receive via your SMTP and POP3. You need to provide 1 email account for this email blasting system.

But I don’t have my website yet currently, I use Yahoo or Gmail, can that work?
You can’t use Yahoo / Google free email server to send (or other free email). Those free email don’t let you to integrate into Outlook and they don’t provide SMTP address for you. If you really don’t have your own SMTP mail server, you can use our server also, but that means pricing will be different. Contact us for that.

Yes, that’s consider private server, not free email account. As far as you have email account that you can integrate into your Outlook means it can be used. Means it has the SMTP.

Yes, you can customize whatever name and email appeared in the email. So you can send email on behalf of your customer also.

If I use my own mail server to send, will it slow down my website?
Totally NO. We have a feature called SENDING CONTROL. Where it will broadcast the emails periodically, means not all in one go, but per batch and stop for a while, and continue again. With such way, not only it has no effect on your server, it will also not cause your server categorized as spammer by the ISP.
